Our company was incorporated in the year 2003, in Bangalore as the Indian trading partner to RÖHM GmbH. This was followed by a joint venture in 2007 for the design, and manufacture of special fixtures, as well as sales & after-sales service of all types of work-holding. Today we have successfully completed 16 years and established our credentials as a leading supplier and manufacturer of Work-holding products in India.
At our factory in Bangalore, we manufacture Power Chucks, Hydraulic Cylinders, Tailstock Centers, and also Economic Turnkey Solutions, including Precision Hydraulic fixtures used in VMC, HMC and Turning Centres. Our own design facility and trained service engineers across India at Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore offer value-added support to our customers.

OUR MILESTONES
Established
Established Rohm Clamping Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a stock and sales facility for imported work holding from Rohm GmbH.
Manufacturing unit
Rohm India Pvt. Ltd., was established in Bangalore as a joint venture with Rohm GmbH, Germany, for manufacture of special Fixtures, chucks and service of all Rohm products. Service engineers were trained for installation and commissioning, prove-out and repair of work- holding from Rohm GmbH. We stock most spares and accessories in India.
Growth
Added 24,000 sq.ft. land from KIADB for increasing production capacity.
Future Technologies
Based on the overwhelming request from our customers, Future Technologies was established to add an extensive portfolio of Swiss, Italian & German accessories which compliment work-holding for Machine tools. Visit our website
Relocation
Relocation to larger manufacturing facility with over 10000 sq. ft. for manufacture of special work-holding, added manpower for strengthening sales and service network pan India. Invested into new Grinding and inspection machines
Expandng
Agreement with M/s HSD Mechatronics Spa, Italy, for sales and service of high precision spindles for wood working, metal, glass and stone. We supply large direct-drive rotary tables for B-axis and 5-axis machining, ranging from 600-1200mm.

DESIGN FACILITY
Our facility has 8 workstations with computer aided design facilities with latest design tools viz Autocad Inventor and latest modelling software from Solid Works. Our design engineers have an average industry experience of 6-8 years in providing complex, customized solutions in work holding & automation. High security features such as server-based storage and access ensures confidentiality of all designs done in India.
QUALITY CONTROL
We have inhouse CMM and Height gauges, air gauges and excellent Inspection facilities, with experienced Engineers doing 100% inspection of incoming & outgoing components and final products manufactured by us. All inspection instruments are calibrated at regular intervals as per ISO norms.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
In addition to after sales service, our Service team is available to take care of installation, commissioning and prove-out of special chucks, fixtures, spindles and rotary tables. Our various offices in the North, West and South of India offer complete services of all Imported and locally manufactured products. Trained service staff for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical / electronics.
